Garlic Chicken & Broccoli LinguineThis recipe is one that I derived from Finding Joy in My Kitchen. She calls this "Garlic Chicken" and uses mushrooms. I despise mushrooms, so I use broccoli instead! I have tried a bunch of their recipes and I love them. I usually change them up a bit to fit our family size and taste preferences. I encourage you to take a look at their website! Ingredients
Directions Cut the chicken into long, thin strips. Start cooking the chicken in a large skillet with the garlic or garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, parsley, chicken broth and olive oil. Cook the chicken with the lid on. It will cook faster and not be more moist. Stir often and make sure it's not burning or drying out. Begin cooking the linguine and broccoli. Obviously, cut the broccoli up if you are using fresh broccoli. When everything is done, drain the linguine and broccoli. Add to the pan with the chicken and stir. Add the Parmesan and stir again. Serve with salad and/or garlic bread. Believe it or not, this feeds my family of 6! If you have any comments regarding the contents of this page, please send them using the form below:
