Work at Home Jobs with Service 800
Service 800 is looking for hardworking people who can work from home. It is important that you are personable and have excellent verbal and writing skills. When you work with Service 800, you will conduct interviews with customers who have had a service experience recently.
To work with Service 800, you must have previous customer service experience, computer knowledge and telephone skills.
In the United States, Service 800 is only accepting applications from the states of Florida, Minnesota, Texas and Wisconsin. They hope to expand this list, so check back frequently for changes.
Requirements for Calling Rep Applicants:
A PC with Microsoft Windows XP or newer operating system
Microsoft Office Suite
Virus Protection and Firewall
High-speed internet such as DSL, Broadband, Cable, etc.
A dedicated voice phone land line
A long distance telephone calling provider with an approved rate
Quiet work environment
Applicants from South America, Europe and Asia must be fluent in English (both in reading and writing)
In North America, you must work 30-40 hours per week on consecutive business days during 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday
In South America, Europe and Asia you must work 20 hours each week during normal business hours.
