Retail Active
Retail Active is the most advance Mystery Shopping and Brand Audit service available. They are featured on the BBC2's "Working Lunch" where they explain the importance of mystery shopping and retail auditing.
Retail Active is looking for mystery shoppers to help them evaluate customer service and sales efforts for their clients. Their clients want to learn how well their sales and service staff are representing their business.
To apply to be a member of the Retail Active team and work with their clients you will need to complete the Mystery Shopper Academy Training - which takes about 10 minutes.
