Full Charge Bookkeeper
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
At least 4 years of full charge bookkeeping experience
Experience providing A/R, A/P and payroll functions.
Heavy client contact and follow-up required.
Knowledge of QuickBooks software.
Home office environment including separate work area, PC (no laptops) with Windows XP or higher.
Broadband internet access (DSL or Cable ONLY. Satellite not qualified.)
Need to have a land line to talk with clients and for company conference calls.
Verification of Child Care Arrangements, if applicable.
Paperless environment – A high level of computer knowledge a must.
CPA/Controller
Candidates for consideration must meet the following requirements:
Certified Public Accountant.
Extensive knowledge in accounting and tax for businesses in the under $20M market.
7-10 years public accounting experience.
5-7 years supervisory experience.
Strong experience with QuickBooks and/or other accounting software packages.
Ability to multi-task and set daily, weekly and monthly priorities.
High degree of computer literacy, including extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office, and specifically Outlook.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Home office environment including separate work area, Windows XP or higher, and broadband Internet access (DSL or Cable ONLY; satellite not qualified.)
Client Implementation Specialist
The successful candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
Senior Level (5-7 years) Bookkeeping experience, with extensive Quickbooks and Microsoft Outlook knowledge.
Friendly, outgoing personality, and enjoys interacting and meeting new people via telephone.
Extremely organized and proactive individual, who takes initiative and has strong delegation skills.
Team oriented individual who enjoys working with others in a telecommuting environment.
A home work environment with a separate work area, with a PC and high speed Internet access.
