As an inbound sales teams member, you will help current and potential customers with their inquires. You will need to be an enthusiastic and experienced professional who is ready and excited to respond to customers and support the sales of products and services. You should be able to demonstrate previous inside sales success, preferable selling B2B solutions. You should be self-directed and comfortable handling 40-50 customer contacts every day.
As an outbound sales professional, you will consult with both current and potential customers to determine which products or services will be best for them. You will need to have the proven ability to sell and generate revenue through outbound sales. You will need to have a strong understanding of accounting solutions, business solutions and e-commerce in a sales capacity.
As a customer service agent, you will make customers happy. You will address the needs of the customers and help them make the most of the products and services. You will manage and respond to the customer's questions and concerns that may require troubleshooting. While you do this, you may need to research or collaborate with your team while you listen to and reassure the customer. You should be comfortable using database tools and MS Office. You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior customer care experience in a customer care center is ideal.
As a technical support professional, you will need to solve each case quickly and easily create the best experience for every customer. You will consult with the customers to diagnose and resolve their questions and issues. You should have good communications skills and be able to modify your style to obtain your customers' trust and confidence. You should have solid background knowledge regarding relevant operating systems and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Prior technical support experience in a customer care environment is ideal.
