For years, Jerry Seltzer illustrated children's books for self-publishing authors. He noticed that his clients encountered the same obstacles and troubles. At this time, he created DragonPencil. Eventuall, DragonPencil began to offer other services in addition to illustration. DragonPencil is always looking for the best illustrators in the world. They accept submissions from artists all over the globe. If you are an illustrator, and are interested in working with DragonPencil, send an email to opportunity@dragonpencil.com. Attach jpg samples of your work. In your email, remember to include your rate per illustration. Be advised that clients of DragonPencil do not have large budgets so those with the lowest rates usually get the most work.
