Quality Monitoring - Working From Home - In Home Callers and Evaluators

Customer Service Review is a work at home opportunity. They have been in business for almost 20 years and they are based in Pennsylvania. They provide Quality monitoring for call centers across the country. They need people who are looking for flexible hours and extra money. This position is ideal for former career people who are now looking for a part-time commitment. This position is not for people who are seeking full-time employment. This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is based on the degree of difficulty of each project.

You must be available Monday through Saturday. You should expect to work at least 3-6 hours each day. Normal calling hours are between 8:30 and 10:00 pm, weekday and weekends.

You will need to be able to evaluate customer service representative's performance. Prior customer service, call monitoring, or mystery shopping experience is preferred.
