BOOKKEEPER
As a bookkeeper, you would be responsible for providing A/P, A/R, payroll and general support for the clients. You must be self-motivated and able to provide superior bookkeeping services from your home office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must and it's required that you be able to prioritize multiple clients' needs.
Additional Bookkeeper requirements:
AA degree or equivalent experience
2 or more years bookkeeping experience
Experience providing data entry, A/P and payroll functions
Knowledge of QuickBooks, MYOB, Peachtree or other accounting software
CPA
As a CPA, you will be responsible for managing the activities of several bookkeepers and providing controllership services to the clients. You must be self-motivated and able to provide superior and responsive professional services for clients on a telecommuting basis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must and it's required that you be able to prioritize multiple clients' needs.
Additional CPA requirements:
CPA plus 5 or more years-prior public accounting or controllership experience with small to mid-sized companies and start-up businesses
Proven experience in managing a staff
Knowledge of QuickBooks, MYOB, Peachtree or other accounting software
OUTSIDE SALESPERSON
The experienced, upbeat outside salesperson will give presentations for outsourced bookkeeping and controllership services. In addition to visiting prospects produced by the appointment-setting department, this position also solicits new clients around existing clients� and prospects� locations. The salesperson would function as a communications link to increase service to clients and obtain referrals. This individual would also manage the supply of business information and lists for the inside marketing department.
Outside Salesperson requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Some evenings and Saturdays
Knowledge of QuickBooks, MYOB, Peachtree or other accounting software
