  • Answer incoming calls for Handset Protection and/or Road Assistance service
  • Provide assistance in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner
  • Escalate calls as necessary
  • Utilize call center technology to input, track and report customer issues

    Qualified candidates must:

  • Be well-spoken
  • Have good phone etiquette
  • Have excellent listening skills
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED and computer literacy
  • Have a 25-35 WPM typing ability and data entry skills

  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.

    Asurion Compensation

    All Customer Service Representatives will receive a highly competitive hourly wage, with the opportunity to earn overtime pay in many cases.
