When working with Asurion as a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Answer incoming calls for Handset Protection and/or Road Assistance service
Provide assistance in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner
Escalate calls as necessary
Utilize call center technology to input, track and report customer issues
Qualified candidates must:
Have good phone etiquette
Have excellent listening skills
Have a High School Diploma or GED and computer literacy
Have a 25-35 WPM typing ability and data entry skills
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
All Customer Service Representatives will receive a highly competitive hourly wage, with the opportunity to earn overtime pay in many cases. Periodic employee reviews can bring increases and certain sites may also offer incentives, bonuses and other special perks that can add to your take home pay.
