Of course you are going to need prior experience with this type of work. Please do not assume that just because a company is listed here they are hiring at this time. When they are hiring they will say so on their website. Accountants Inc. - In the job search field on the left hand side of the page, search for keywords like home, freelance and telecommute. Balance Your Books - Requirements include an AA degree or equivalent experience,2 or more years bookkeeping experience, experience providing data entry, A/P and payroll functions and knowledge of QuickBooks, MYOB, Peachtree or other accounting software. Bookminders� - Hires qualified accounting professionals who can work from home. However, this company only has offices in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Employment with them does entail attending once a month training classes at the office. Bookminders has requested that I ask you here to only send Bookminders a resume if you live in the Pittsburgh or Philadelphia area and are properly qualified for the position. Thanks! C-P-A-Moms - Provides many different services in addition to accounting and bookkeeping. Dotun & Casserly - Lists their current openings on their site. Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc. - Find where it says "To submit your application and resume click here." Click the word here, select "Any" and then click the search button to view all openings. FARA Premium Audit Services - Only has openings in certain areas. Check the website to see if your city is listed. First Data - Select "work from home" in the middle drop down box at the top of the page. OSI Business Services - currently seeking experienced bookkeepers who are interested in working from home on a full time basis. TAD Accounting - Only hiring if it says so on this website. Total Biz Care - Accountants work from their home office and the client's office. Virtual Accountants - Various positions available. VTAudit - Hires auditors to create workers compensation and / or general liability audits.
